Due to our extensive stock range we do not keep all items at the shop location, some goods may take upto 28 days for delivery. Returning GoodsPlease enclose a COPY OF THE INVOICE and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed. Send the item & necessary paperwork to: Rugby Fishing Tackle recommend that items be sent back to us via some form of recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. Rugby Fishing Tackle will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Postage cost's incurred to return items will only be re-funded if an incorrect or faulty item has been dispatched by Rugby Fishing Tackle. If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item & wish to be credited for the postage, please include a receipt for the postage cost incurred. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to credit the cost. All goods must be returned in there orginal new condition and packaging, unless goods are returned faulty. If you are unsure please always contact us, we are here to service you as a customer in the best possible way we can and at the highest level of customer service possible. |
